A street scene in Davis, West Virginia.
I recently returned from a week in the United States. I accompanied my mother back home after she fell in Prague and broke her hip.
I'd thought I'd share a few random photos from my trip, just little scenes of Americana that captured my fancy.

A cool Chevrolet Biscayne -- from 1962, I think -- parked on my mom's street in Cumberland, Maryland.

A classic American liquor store at dusk -- Cumberland, Maryland.

Drive-thru cigarettes and beer in Ridgeley, West Virginia. The line was five or six cars long when I drove past.
Visiting the States in a time machine is a blast! I do it often.
